Luxury Car Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Rental Requirements
• Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 18 years of age. Additional insurance or young driver surcharges may apply for drivers under 25.• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license issued in the renter's name must be presented at the time of rental. International renters must also provide a valid passport and international driving permit if applicable.• Driving Record: All renters are subject to a driving record check. We reserve the right to deny service based on driving history or for any reason at our discretion.
2. Rental Period and Vehicle Return
• Rental Duration: All rentals are available on an hourly basis, with a 2-hour minimum. Additional time is billed per hour.• Late Returns: A late fee will be charged if the vehicle is returned more than 15 minutes late. Additional hours are billed at the standard hourly rate.• Early Returns: No refunds are issued for unused time if a vehicle is returned early.
3. Security Deposit
• Deposit Amounts:o $250 if the deposit is held on a credit cardo Minimum $600 if the deposit is paid in cash• Deposit Refund Timeline: Deposits are refundable within 3–7 business days after the vehicle is returned, subject to a satisfactory post-rental inspection.
4. Payment and Fees
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A credit or debit card must be presented even if cash is used for the rental, for verification and record purposes.• Tolls and Citations: The renter is responsible for all tolls, traffic violations, parking tickets, and any other charges incurred during the rental. Additional administrative fees may apply for processing.• Fuel Policy: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when picked up. A refueling fee will be charged if not met.• Mileage Limit: Rentals may include a mileage cap. Excess mileage will be billed at the rate stated in the rental agreement.
5. Vehicle Use Restrictions
• Authorized Drivers: Only drivers listed in the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.• Prohibited Uses: Vehicles may not be used for:o Any illegal activityo Racing, drifting, or stunt drivingo Off-road or unpaved roadso Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugso Commercial or ride-sharing purposes• Geographic Limitations: Vehicles may not be driven outside approved areas or across state borders without written permission.
6. Insurance and Liability
• Renter Liability: The renter is financially responsible for any damage, theft, or third-party liability unless coverage is provided through an approved waiver or personal insurance.• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Optional CDW reduces the renter's liability in the event of damage.• Loss Damage Waiver (LDW): Optional LDW can waive costs for loss or damage to the rental vehicle, subject to terms.• Personal Insurance: Renters may use personal insurance that explicitly covers luxury or exotic rentals. Proof must be presented prior to pickup.
7. Accidents and Incidents
• Mandatory Reporting: All incidents (accidents, theft, damage) must be reported immediately to both local authorities and the rental company.• Cooperation Required: Renters must complete an incident report and assist with any investigations or insurance claims.
8. Vehicle Condition
• Inspections: A condition report will be completed both before and after the rental.• Damage Responsibility: The renter is liable for any damage not listed on the pre-rental inspection.• Cleaning Fee: A cleaning/detailing fee may apply for vehicles returned with excessive dirt, odors, spills, or stains.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Free Cancellation: Available if canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time.• Late Cancellation: Rentals canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.• No-Shows: No refunds are issued for no-shows or partially used rental time.
10. Roadside Assistance
• Support Available: 24/7 roadside assistance is provided for mechanical issues.• Unauthorized Repairs: Renters may not authorize repairs or servicing without express company approval.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse rental service to anyone for any reason, including failure to meet eligibility requirements or suspected misuse of the vehicle.
12. Indemnity and Waiver of Liability
By entering into a rental agreement:
• The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the rental company from all liability, losses, damages, or claims related to use of the vehicle.• The renter acknowledges the risks associated with driving high-performance vehicles and waives the right to hold the company liable for any resulting injury or damage unless due to company negligence.
13. Governing Law
These terms and all disputes will be governed by the laws of the state where the rental originated, and resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
